Dear Friend & Partner,
God has another very special date on His calendar for you and I…an appointed time
we will celebrate on Sunday, May 19 that is just too important to miss!
It’s the feast of Pentecost (Shavuot in Hebrew), and with it comes God’s promise
of wisdom, anointing and prosperity. Although most Christians think Pentecost started
with the giving of the Holy Spirit in the book of Acts, it actually began when God
gave us the Bible (Torah in Hebrew) at Mt. Sinai. It’s always been ordained to be
an appointed season for an outpouring of spiritual and financial blessing.
Our desire is to add important revelation to your Christian life and to restore
many biblical truths that have been missing from your church experience. Your understanding
of the biblical holidays will add a depth of scriptural knowledge and insight that
will change your walk with God forever! This is especially true right now as we
enter into the celebration of Pentecost and Shavuot.
According to ancient teaching, this is the time for the First Fruits offering which
are given three times a year on Passover, Pentecost and the Feast of Tabernacles.
God established this principle in Deuteronomy 16:16. He tells us there are three
appointed times which are three miracle opportunities to sow a
special offering that will open the windows of Heaven.
The Pentecost offering, which is happening right now, not only
releases wisdom (which is symbolized by the Torah) and anointing (which is symbolized
by the Holy Spirit) it also releases prosperity. The word Pentecost means 50 and
is the biblical number for Jubilee. Jubilee is a time of supernatural breakthrough
from every bondage, miraculous debt cancellation and a restoration of all things.
Tiz and I believe with all our hearts that it’s no coincidence you’re reading
this today. We want you and your entire household to enter into this incredible
revelation and blessing to receive everything God has promised in His Word. As you
respond, Jehovah Jireh will take you from “not enough” into “more than enough.”
From the beginning, God told His people how to release this powerful blessing
and anointing by coming before Him with the first fruits offering. Here
is what God directed Moses to tell the people:
Then you shall keep the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with the tribute
of a freewill offering from your hand as the Lord your God blesses you. You shall
rejoice before the Lord your God, you, your son and your daughter, your male servant
and your female servant, the Levite who is within your gates, the stranger and the
fatherless and the widow who are among you at the place where the Lord your God
chooses to make His name abide. And you shall remember that you were a slave in
Egypt and you shall be careful to observe these statues. (Deuteronomy 16:12)
God tells us to observe Pentecost with a free-will or “First Fruit” offering, not
so He can get something from us, but so He can give something to us. God wants us
living in prosperity, blessing, abundance and overflow: the key blessing of Pentecost!
Let God begin to speak to you about your Pentecost First Fruits Offering. This gift,
large or small, is both a seed planted into fertile soil and a powerful symbol of
your faith in the promises of Almighty God. Then on Sunday,
May 19 here at New Beginnings
in Dallas, we will pray and lift up your gift before the Lord for this promised
outpouring to be released.
You can also select from several Pentecost gift packages that we’ve put together
as part of this special offering. It’s our way of showing you our appreciation for
partnering with us to restore the Jewish roots of the Gospel and helping us reach
out with compassion through our “His Kids” projects in Israel, Haiti and the Dominican
Republic.
We truly believe God has brought us together to touch the world! We are so grateful
for your prayers and generous support. Please let us hear from you soon so we can
pray over your offering and prayer requests…and so you can begin to receive more
of the blessing God wants you to enjoy!
Reclaiming Our Inheritance Together,
Pastors Larry and Tiz Huch
PS: Over the years, we’ve seen God do amazing things on these appointed times.
We’re expecting unusual signs and wonders to manifest in your life, family,
business and investments. So don’t let this season of Pentecost pass you by. Be
sure to send in your prayer request along with your First Fruits
Offering before May 19 so that we can include you in our special time of prayer
and blessing.
